Concerning Purity...

Purity--why in the world does it matter? Well, for one it's biblical!

Another reason? Don't you want to save that for marriage? Who doesn't want to walk down the isle at their wedding, and give the gift of purity to their husband, saying "I waited for you!"

All this time, You will wait. But, girl, it's going to be worth every minute.

The other day, I was sitting outside at twilight. I was reading Passion and Purity by Elisabeth Elliot. I realized just how important all of this is. You want to walk down the isle at your wedding day, pure. Like how Christ Church is his bride, coming for him, pure. You want to be beautiful. You want to shine on the inside.

You don't want to feel guilt on that day...or betrayed.
