Two words that hold on tight
wanting to make everything right
thank you for this
thank you for that
words of thanks and gratitude
getting past any kind of attitude
yours or mine
when comes to saying thanks
we don't hesitate
it's the right thing to do
from me to you
caring about the other
Friend, sibling, mother
a gift given says many things
I love you and trust you to bring
my present too, a thank you
I wanted to make you feel true
and special, being who you are
all set apart
the words that follow
never can feel hollow
I love you too,
and thank you!

It can be hard to believe. But I do.
That words like thank you
make the world feel nicer
and brighter
giving gifts in words and physical boxes
we can encourages someone
lift them higher
what if we were all nice
saying things like thank you?
And what about
the one we always should
say thank you to
every day
every morning
because he is so adoring
loving us no matter what we do
he always says I love you
would you care enough?
Do you realize?
That he is the one most of all
whom we should say thank you too?
He came to earth
lived and died
rose again
all for us
shouldn't we at least say thank you?
Even if we don't he loves us still
shouldn't that tell you how much we should?
Spreed some love, say thanks
just once a day
to someone who deserves it!

~Sierra blogs over at Keep Growing Beautiful. She is a bit random, cant talk until 2 in the morning over silly things, loves to read (and can be in bed reading past 2 in the morning) and also loves sing along to her ipod and the radio. She likes to make jewelry and write as well. She's hoping she will be able to post something other than the many pictures she sighs over, because she wants to let every girl know how beautiful they are!~
